This series of flowers is made by first dyeing, arashi shibori pleating, discharging and over-dyeing silk organza. Wired edges allow the flower to be shaped and manipulated.

Each one is unique, hand dyed, & hand sewn by me. A magnetic brooch back is applied for easy clipping onto your garment, bag, hat or other item.

I also have kits for making the flowers if you are the “make it myself” type. It’s always fun to give and wear something you made.
